Position Description

SUMMIT ATHLETIC CLUB of St. George, UT is seeking passionate and dedicated Personal Trainers to join our team at Summit Athletic Club. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in guiding our members on their fitness journeys, helping them to achieve their health and fitness goals. You will design personalized workout programs, provide motivation, and educate members on proper techniques and nutrition.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Conduct fitness assessments to understand member goals, fitness levels, and any limitations.
- Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual needs.
- Provide guidance on exercise techniques and safety to ensure effective and risk-free workouts.
- Monitor and track clients' progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Offer nutritional advice and support to complement fitness goals.
- Create a positive and motivating training environment that encourages members to push their limits.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and create strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other trainers and staff members.
- Promote club events, classes, and services to members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness coaching is preferred but not required.
